Grandy's Canola Crop

We've had a great weekend up at York with the grandies. We did a tad of shopping, eating, lazing, drinking, bbq-ing, sleeping and cow chasing. Noice.

Half Way Bump

This is the newest member of the Barr family. We had a scan today and all anatomical features are in the right place. I'm feeling healthy and happy but the serious whinging is just around the corner as the weather gets hot and the bebe gets fat. Due 12th Feb but I am planning to get induced a few weeks earlier to give me and bebe a better chance of avoiding a difficult delivery and complications like with AB.

Happy Birthday Lala

Today Stella has been in our family for 1 year. She a gorgeous, happy and content baby who can outshine both her entertaining parents. Three cheers for Carms and John who are A+ parents. Hip Hip Hooray.

He's Dreamin'

This was the first year that MB has played any form of fantasy/virtual footy although there has been years of research and devotion to the sport that had prepared him well for the competition. By his own admission he made many mistakes along the way that just get chalked up to inexperience and unsure tactics. By the beginning of the finals he was keen to throw all his money in the ring and go out in a blaze of glory - aiming to win the first Prelim final and leaving the flag to the big scorers from the season. Well, somehow it happened that he snuck through each finals week with a win and pipped them all at the post to take out the Dream Team flag in his comp!! Oh geez I'm proud.
