Camp Rookies

Coincidentally we were invited to go camping a few days after I secretly bought M a tent for his birthday.  We took the offer and went to Moore River for the weekend with friends and friends-of-friends.  It was a pretty easy first go at a camping adventure as we just loitered around the professionals at meal times and food and seating was provided in the shade of their caravan!  Jem loved sleeping on a "bouncy castle" mattress and generally no misadventure was experienced.   The tent will probably get used twice at this rate!

During afternoon tea I said to Angus "Tonight we are going to a cafe for dinner" and his response was "Oh! I LOVE camping!"

Despite his reference to it as More Water, most people call it Moore River.
