  • That's nothing. We had a whole weekend in red and white: Saturday afternoon, (Newtown) Swans defeated (Maroubra) Saints to cement their spot in the under 13s finals; Saturday night at the SCG; then Sunday arvo, the red-and-white North Bankstown women's soccer team won their semifinal, with Vanessa scoring the sealing goal in extra time. She was so shocked, she just stood there, dazed. So Max has decided she needs a lesson in post-goal celebrations, such as shadow-boxing the near post, a la Tim Cahill. Better than running around with her shirt over her head.

  • I see no problem with this what-so-ever Michael.

Just let him down gently when the Cats tear the Swans to shreds this Saturday night!
Something sagely parental like "Losing is character building son"

  • Marcus. You beat me to our bi- annual sparring session. I won't concede just yet but I think it is wise for me to have your wise words worked out - just in case!

  • OH DEAR

I feel for you Rachel and wonder why child services have not been in touch earlier, I do have a measure of understanding as I recently spent 30 minutes waiting in the car somewhere in Ireland wildly lost so that Wayne and the boys could watch Gaelic football as it reminded them of Aussie Rules... sigh.... they are so lucky we love them, love to you all Meg
